  2. Money Laundering: HANCON is registered with the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) under the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011
  3. Tax: HANCON is registered with the Federal Inland Revenue Service, and obtains its annual tax clearance certificate
  4. State Regulatory Agency: HANCON is registered with the Plateau State Ministry of Women Affairs, Youth, Sport and Social Development and the State Security Services (SSS).
